V::E::R 2017
Segundo o I-ching, todos os movimentos se completam em seis etapas. Em 2005, Fizemos o Primeiro Encontro de Arte Viva no PARQUE LAGE mostrando em duas semanas de festival trabalhos de 61 artistas. Seis anos depois, em 2011, Fizemos o segundo V::E::R em um formato totalmente diferente, uma residência artística na ecovila TERRA UNA com 28 participantes e patrocínio da Funarte. E agora, mais seis anos se passaram e é hora de uma novo encontro de arte viva, o V::E::R 2017.
Realizado de forma independente totalmente sem financiamento, o V::E::R 2017 será um encontro de uma residência e um festival:
- Residência (para 7 a 10 pessoas) de 14 de janeiro a 5 de fevereiro (21 dias)
Os artistas, que serão selecionados por carta de intenção, terão acompanhamento de Nadam Guerra, Jaya Pravaz e de artistas e curadores convidados. Os artistas realizarão projetos de arte viva no espaço da ecovila que poderão ser mostrados durante o Festival.
- Festival 30 de janeiro a 5 de fevereiro com oficinas, apresentações e celebração.
According to I-ching, all movements are completed in six stages. In 2005, we held the First Encounter of Live Art at LAGE PARK sharing during the two weeks festival works by 61 artists. Six years later, in 2011, we made the second V :: E :: R in a totally different format, an artistic residency in TERRA UNA ecovillage with 28 participants and sponsorship from Funarte (the Brazilian national foundation for arts). And now, another six years have passed by and it's time for a new meeting of living art, the V :: E :: R 2017.
Manifested in an independently totally without funding, the V :: E :: R 2017 will be a meeting of a residence and a festival:
- Residence (for 7 to 10 people) from January 14 to February 5 (21 days) Artists will be selected by letter of intent and will have the follow up of Nadam Guerra, Jaya Pravaz and invited artists and curators. The artists will realize projects of live art in the space of the ecovillage that can be shown during the Festival.
- Festival January 30 to February 5 with workshops, presentations and celebration.

A) Residência
Proposta
Residência artística é um espaço de fomento à criação e trocas. Durante os 21 dias os participantes realizarão projetos de arte viva nos espaços da ecovila Terra UNA. (Não definiremos aqui o que é arte viva, que cada um use suas próprias definições. Inscrição e seleção
Podem se inscrever artistas de qualquer mídia, nacionalidade e idade. As inscrições são feitas por formulário on line em português, inglês ou espanhol. A seleção será feita pela organização que poderá entrar em contato com os inscritos para esclarecer dúvidas.
Espaços
Serão selecionados de 7 a 10 pessoas que serão hospedadas em casas coletivas dentro da ecovila (Beija-flor e Cristália), podendo optar por quartos compartilhados ou individuais. Também é possível acampar. Terra UNA disponibiliza suas instalações para os artistas realizarem seus trabalhos: ateliês, áreas de convivência coletiva, 43 hectares de território (sendo 18 destes de mata nativa), e seis quedas d´água. Não oferece, no entanto, os materiais e demais ferramentas e equipamentos para a execução dos projetos, que são de responsabilidade dos artistas.
Acompanhamento
Durante todo o período Nadam Guerra e Jaya Pravaz acompanharão os artistas propondo encontros e atividades coletivas. Curadores e artistas convidados também irão trocar experiências com os residentes. Os artistas terão livre acesso às oficinas e vivências do Festival V::E::R 2017
Custos
Como este projeto não conta com nenhum tipo de financiamento os participantes arcarão com os custos da residência. O custo de transporte também é de responsabilidade do participante. Visando ter a maior acessibilidade temos 3 opções de valores: Integral, solidário e bolsista.

Resultados
Os resultados dos processo poderão ser mostrados no Festival V::E::R 2017 que acontece na última semana da residência. Os artistas farão parte de uma catálogo virtual em que poderão colaborar com texto e imagem.
Restrições
Os projetos deverão ser concebidos de forma a respeitar o ecossistema local, não poluindo o espaço e arredores. Projetos que geram objetos ou instalações de caráter permanente (que ultrapassam o tempo da residência) estão sujeitos à avaliação e aprovação por parte de Terra UNA. O naturismo é permitido em algumas áreas dentro da Ecovila, mas não em terrenos vizinhos em respeito aos moradores locais. Não é permitido nas áreas comuns da Ecovila o consumo de carne e álcool. O fumo é tolerado apenas ao ar livre, fora das áreas de convivência.
B) Mostra de trabalhos no festival (vivência, performance, etc)
O festival é um momento de celebração e reflexão sobre arte. Alem dos artistas residentes aceitaremos propostas de artistas visitantes com até 3h de duração (falas, vivências, performances, etc). Apresente sua proposta pelo formulário on line. A seleção de 5 a 10 propostas será feita pela organização que poderá entrar em contato com os inscritos para esclarecer dúvidas.
Custos do Festival
tendo em vista que este é um evento sem financiamento, aos artistas selecionados para mostrar trabalhos, será cobrado apenas os custos de hospedagem e alimentação da ecovila.
É preferível que o participante fique os 7 dias do festival, mas aceita-se também participantes por menos tempo.

C) Participante Visitante
Durante festival a ecovila será tomada de dezenas de atividades, oficinas, vivências e experiências. Você pode se inscrever em apenas algumas das oficinas ou no pacote 7 dias com todas as oficinas atividades.

D) Voluntário
Se você quer vir acompanhar a residência e/ou o festival, o programa de voluntários troca os custos de alimentação e estadia por trabalho na cozinha durante o evento. Se demanda 6 horas por dia de trabalho a serem escalonadas no quadro de tarefas da ecovila. O voluntário pode participar de todas as atividades abertas da residência (com exceção de algumas oficinas por conta dos horários).Para ser voluntário é necessário se comprometer com ao menos uma das semanas do evento.
Há ainda a possibilidade de voluntariar como fotógrafo ou vídeo-maker durante a semana do festival.

A) Residence
Proposal
An artistic residence is a space to nurture creation and exchanges. During the 21 days the participants will work on their live art projects in the spaces of the ecovillage Terra Una. (We will not define here what is live art, may each one use their own definitions. Application and selection
Artists from any media, nationality and age can apply. Application are made at the online forms in Portuguese, English or Spanish. The selection will be made by the organization that might contact the artists to clarify doubts.
Spaces
7 to 10 people will be selected to be hosted in collective houses within the ecovillage (Beija-flor and Cristália), being able to choose between shared or individual accommodations. It is also possible to camp. Terra UNA offers its facilities for the artists to carry out their works: studios, collective living areas, 43 hectares of territory (18 of them native forest), and six waterfalls. It does not offer, however the materials and other tools and equipments for the execution of the projects, which are the responsibility of the artists.
Follow-up
Throughout the residence Nadam Guerra and Jaya Pravaz will be offering a follow up for the artists proposing meetings and collective activities. Curators and invited artists will also exchange experiences with residents. The artists will have free access to the workshops and experiences of the Festival V::E::R 2017
Costs
As this project does not have any kind of funding the participants will bear the costs of the residence. The cost of transportation also will be responsibility of the participant. Aiming to have the greatest accessibility we have 3 options of values: Integral, solidarity (only for native south-americans) and scholarship.

Results
The results of the projects may be shown at Festival V::E:: R 2017 which will take place in the last week of the residency. The artists will be part of a virtual catalog where they can collaborate with text and image.
Restrictions
Projects should be designed to respect the local ecosystem, not polluting the space and surroundings. Projects that generate permanent objects or installations (that exceed the time of residence) are subject to evaluation and approval by Terra UNA. Naturism is allowed in some areas within the ecovillage, but not on neighboring grounds in respect of the locals. The consumption of meat and alcohol is not allowed in the common areas of ecovillage. Smoking is only tolerated outdoors, outside the common areas.
B) Exhibition of works in the festival (experience, performance, etc.)
The festival is a moment of celebration and reflection about art. Besides the resident artists we will accept proposals from visiting artists up to 3h long (talks, experiences, performances, etc) to be shared at the festival. Apply your proposal at the online form. The selection of 5 to 10 proposals will be made by the organization that can contact the members to clarify doubts.
Festival Costs
Considering that this is an event without funding, the artists selected to show works, will be charged only the cost for lodging and food at the ecovillage.
It is preferable that the participant stay the 7 days of the festival, but participants are also accepted for less time.

C) Visiting Participant
During the festival, the ecovillage will be full of activities, workshop and experiences. You can sign up for only some of the workshops or for the 7 day package with all the workshops activities.

D) Volunteer
If you want to come as a volunteer to the residence and / or the festival, the volunteer program will exchange food and lodging for work in the kitchen during the event. We request 6 hours per day of work in the framework of tasks of the ecovillage. The volunteer can participate in all open activities of the residence (with the exception of some workshops due to schedules). To volunteer it is necessary to commit to at least one of the weeks of the event.
There is also the possibility of volunteering as a photographer or video-maker during the week of the festival.
